CHESAPEAKE - Roscoe C. Pretlow, Jr., departed this life Januray 15, 2013.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph A.M.E. Zion Church. Viewing will be Wednesday from 9- 11 am at the church. Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake is in charge of arrangements.
