Chesapeake - Addie V. Boddie, 89, of the 1900 block of Robert Hall Blvd departed this life July 24, 2012. She was born January 29, 1923 and the widow of Octavious Boddie.
She is survived by her son Howard S. Vaughan (Vivian) of Chesapeake, six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be held Friday from 3-7 pm at the funeral home. Condolences can be offered to the family at www.pretlowansons.com .
