Anita Bailey was born on August 31,1962 in Norfolk, Virginia. She was called home to be with the Lord on July 17, 2019. Those left to cherish her memories include her loving husband, Franklin R. Bailey; her daughter Dana Brown, two sons Dennis and Demarcus Brown.

Viewing will be held on Friday, July 26, 2019 at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, 500 Liberty Street, Chesapeake, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home.
