Anthony Lee Jamison was born on January 18, 1957, in Norfolk Virginia, to the late Uris Lee Jamison. He was called home on June 2, 2024, at Wake Medical Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina surrounded by family and friends.

Anthony leaves to cherish his memories, his mother Ruth Virginia Williams of Raleigh, NC, three sisters Angeline Rowell (Delbert) of Portsmouth, VA, Saundra Jones of Norfolk, VA, and Bernetta Jones of Raleigh, NC. Two brothers James Williams Jr. (Tammy) and Dion Williams (Tammy) both of Chesapeake, VA. His sons, Anthony Jamison Brown of Norfolk, VA, Victoria Moses Whitley of Hampton, VA, and Robert Lee Brown of Norfolk, VA. His grandkids, Zion Elijah Mitchell, Zennon Samej Mitchell, Ahmyah Ari Belcher Bradbury, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Mason Memorial Church of God In Christ, 744 Goff St, Norfolk, where viewing be from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm the day of the service.  Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake is in charge of arrangements.
