Anthony Irving Pretlow affectionately known as Tony peacefully entered eternal rest on September 5, 2024. He was predeceased by his parents, Joshua Pretlow, Sr. and Lucille E. Doxey-Pretlow, his sisters, Charlotte M. Pretlow-Benson and Portia Y. Pretlow, and his brother Michael Pretlow. Survivors include four brothers, Joshua Pretlow, Jr., Edward Pretlow, Larry Pretlow (Brenda) and David Pretlow; one sister, Teresa Pretlow-Bond, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held 12:00 pm Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at First Calvary Baptist Church, 813 Henry Street, Norfolk. The vieiwng will be Tuesday, September 10, 2024 from 5pm until 7pm at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake.
