Chesapeake - Antoinette D. Williams, 71, formerly of the 2900 block of Doris Avenue departed this life October 4, 2007. Born in Richmond, Virginia, she was employed at the Naval Supply Center for over 30 years until her retirement. She was a member of Basilica of St. Mary's of the Immaculate Conception.
She is predeceased by her husband, Rudolph Williams. Survivors include two daughters, Lisa D. Williams of Baltimore, Maryland and Letitia W. Goodwyn (James) of Chesapeake; two sons, Kirk R. Williams of Baltimore, Maryland and Kerry R. Williams of Chesapeake; three sisters, Lillian Williams of San Diego, California, Marietta Bryant of Silver Springs, Maryland, and Gladys Petty of Richmond, eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held noon Wednesday at Basilica St Mary's of the Immaculate Conception. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be 2pm - 7pm Tuesday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake where the family will meet-and-greet friends from 6pm-7pm.
