Norfolk – Beaudell B. Lucas, 90,  entered into eternal rest on  Sunday, September 22, 2019. She was born in South Carolina and was a member of St. Thomas AMEZ Church, Norfolk.

She was predeceased by her husband of 68 years, Horace Clinton Lucas Sr., two daughters, Janice Lucas and Patrice Davis. She survived by eight children, Horace Jr. (Malissa), Brenda Vaughn (Ollie), Sandra Davis (Randolph), Francine, Gary (Linda), Donald (Barbara), Aletha (Eddie), and Rhonda Dozier (Christopher), and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends

.A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30, 2019 at St. Thomas AME Zion Church, 1700 Melon Street, Norfolk at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Dr. Joseph Lamb, Sr., will preside. The burial will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park. The viewing will be held at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake on Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.
