Obituary
Portsmouth - Betty Jean Osby, 65, of the 700 block of Lancer Drive departed this life March 29, 2013. Born in Norfolk, she was employed with VDOT, Downtown Tunnel for 18 years until her retirement.
She is predeceased by her husband Dennis T. Osby. Survivors include her daughter, Angela E. Charles (Randolph) of Portsmouth, five sisters, two brothers, two grandchildren, one great grandchild, two aunts, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Viewing will be held from 3-7pm Thursday at the funeral home. Condolences can be offered to the family at www.pretlowandsons.com.
