Obituary
Chesapeake - Beulah M. Bell, 75, of the 1000 block of Bethel Road departed this life July 30, 2011. Born in Norfolk County, she was a member of Little Zion Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis S. Bell Sr., a son, Arthur L. Bell, parents, Norfleet Tann and Nancy Basnight; one sister, Lilly Jones, two brothers, Leroy Midjette and David Tann. Survivors include, four sons, Otis S. Bell, Jr. (Viola), Dewayne Bell (Linda), Derrick Bell (Deborah), and Kim Bell; three daughters, Sybil I. Carter, Patricia Bell, and Vernita Bell; one sister, Dorothy Fuller; one brother, Lorenzo Tann (Mildred), a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held noon Saturday at Little Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be held 3pm – 7pm, Friday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. You may offer condolences to the family at www.pretlowandsons.com .
