CHESAPEAKE- Catherine Daughtrey Jones passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2012. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Suffolk, Virginia and a retired teacher for Chesapeake Public Schools.
Catherine is survived by her son, ST. Clair Jones; son, Sean Jones, and his wife, Erica; son, Jesse Jones and his wife, Vernita; sister, Thomasine Baker, and her husband Isaac Baker; brother, Willie C. Daughtrey, and his wife Mary N. Daughtrey. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends who loved her dearly.

Viewing will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012, from 3pm - 7pm, at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, 500 Liberty Street, Chesapeake. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012, at 12 noon at First Baptist Church, 112 Mahan Street, Suffolk.
