Norfolk – Catherine White, 89, of the 1200 block of Cass Street was called home to be with the Lord on March 14, 2016. She was owner and manager of Campostellla Seafood Market for over 40 years, and a longtime active member of First Baptist Church Campostella.

She is predeceased by her husband, Johnnie White. Survivors include her loving daughter, Jackie Hendricks; two sisters, Georgia Carter-Dobson of North Carolina and Josephine Eason of Florida; two brothers, Raymond Arrington of North Carolina and Julius Arrington of Boston; four grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.

A wake will be held from 6-8pm on Friday at First Baptist Church Campostella. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday at First Baptist Church Campostella at 1510 Conoga Street, Norfolk. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
