Norfolk - Cecil Wiggins, Jr., 91, of the 1100 block of Pike Street enter eternal rest on July 17, 2014.
Viewing will be held Friday from 3-7pm Friday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. A funeral service will be held 10:30 am at Riverside Cemetery, 1000 E. Indian River Road, Norfolk.
