Obituary
Norfolk - Mrs. Celestine Winfield Holmes, 84, of the 900 Block of E. Liberty Street went home to be with the Lord on September 10, 2007 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Anne Winfield and Vivian L. (Bootsie) Russell; four grandchildren, Michelle Russell, Stacey Russell, Courney Corum, and Corey Corum, and a host of relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held noon Monday at First Baptist Church, Berkley. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be held Sunday from 12pm - 4pm at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake, where the family will receive friends from 3pm - 4pm.
