Obituary
Celestine Carrington Sparrow was called home to be with the Lord on January 23, 2019. A funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 1, 2019 at Greater St. Andrews AME Church, 3008 MacDonald Road, Virginia Beach. Interment will follow at Riverside Memorial Park. Viewing will be from 5pm until 7pm Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Burning Bush Worship Center, 405 Pendleton Street, Norfolk. Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
