Charles Eugene Harvey Sr, peacefully entered eternal rest October 4, 2024. A homegoing service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 12, 2024 at New Willow Grove Baptist Church, 841 St Brides Rd W, Chesapeake. Viewing will be held from 5pm until 7pm Friday, October 11, 2024 at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake.
