Obituary
Chesapeake- Charles Wilford Robertson, 84, of the 300 block of Bertwick Lane departed this life November 1, 2011. Born in New Jersey, he was employed with American Airlines for 35 years until his retirement. He is a Veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Cecilia W. Robertson of Chesapeake; a daughter, Tabia Heywot of New York; a son, Curtis Robertson of Chesapeake; two grandchildren, Omolara Heywot-Kumasi and Manu Kumasi of New York, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Military graveside service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be held Friday from 3pm - 7pm at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Condolences can be offered to the family at www.pretlowandsons.com.
