Ciara Nicole Johnson entered eternal February 2, 2021. Born in Chesapeake, Virginia on December 29, 1987, she was the daughter of Alfreda Johnson and George Blount. She was predeceased by her grandparents Hugh Johnson, Carolyn Johnson, Luvertta M. Bell, and George D. Blount, Jr. Ciara was a graduate Oscar Smith High School Class of 2006. She worked as a dietitian at Beth Sholom Village in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Ciara leaves to cherish her memory four loving children, Miyana Johnson, Mikiah Farrington, Mekhi Farrington, and Miangel Freeman; her dear mother Alfreda Johnson, and father George Blount; sister Britney Johnson,;six aunts Annnnette Nixon, Angela Nixon-Maddrey(Mark), Paula Cash, Annette Clark, Jeanette Blount, and Gwendolyn Bracy; seven uncles Tyrone Nixon (Lisa), Ives Nixon, Bobby Nixon, Samuel Blount, Norman Blount, Curtis Blount, and William Blount, and a host of cousins and friends.

A graveside service will be held 12 noon Friday, February 12, 2021 at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be held from 4pm until 5pm Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, 500 Liberty Street, Chesapeake.
