Mrs. Cleste Williams Ballard was called home to be wih the Lord on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. A graveside service will be held 12:00 pm on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Wood lawn Memorial Gardens, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk. Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake is in charge of arrangements.
