He is survived by his wife Diane E. Person and daughter, Diane E. Brown (Anthony) of Chesapeake, son, Cleveland Lee Person, III of Suffolk, his mother, Myrtle Portlock of Chesapeake, a sister, Yvonne Carpenter (Robert) of Portsmouth, and a brother, Randolph Person (Jennifer) of Louisiana, five grandchildren, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
