Chesapeake - Mr. Cleveland H. Williams, Sr. of the 1900 block of Robert Hall Blvd. departed this life on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at his home. He was born on October 3, 1939 to Mrs. Mary G. Williams and the late Mr. Raymond H. Williams Sr. He was predeceased by his daughter, Patsy Williams, father, Raymond H. Williams Sr., sister, Arlene Wynn, brothers, Joseph E. Williams and Melvin Williams.

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Pamela Askew; sons, Cleveland H. Williams Jr., Christopher Williams (Kelly), Clifton N. Williams Sr.; mother, Mrs. Mary G. Williams; sisters, Edith Drake (Frederick), Barbara Liston (Fulton), and Mary Mitchell (Henry); brothers, Raymond H. Williams (Wanda); twenty grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, a special niece, Yolanda Peterson (Robert), former wife, Rosetta Harvey, a dear friend, Willie Mae Sykes, and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be held from 3-7pm at the funeral home. Condolences can be offered to the family at www.pretlowandsons.com.
