Norfolk – Cora Lee Johnson Hunter "Boodie", 62, of the 7000 block of Auburn Avenue was called home to be with the Lord, July 25, 2010. A native of Chesapeake, she was a CNA for 17 years and a member of Gospel Light.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Venus May and Celease Jones of Chesapeake; 3 sons, Cleveland Johnson (Venice) of Chesapeake, Alfred Robinson Jr. (Rhonda) of Norfolk and Paul Robinson of Virginia Beach; mother, Pauline Johnson of Chesapeake, 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, 3 brothers, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Homegoing services will be held 1pm Friday at Emmanuel True Holiness Church, 2503 Deep Creek Blvd, Portsmouth. Viewing will be held Thursday from 3 pm - 7 pm at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake, where the family will receive friends from 6-7pm.
