Obituary
Curtis McDonald, Sr., 72, departed this life on February 27, 2014. A Chesapeake native; he is survived by his wife, Janice McDonald, three sons, Curtis McDonald, Jr., Richard McDonald, and Rodney Davis; two daughters Roslyn Durham (Andre') and Audrey Harris (Tommy); and six grandchildren. He also leaves his parents Seth and Odessa McDonald; three brothers; Alphonso McDonald (Joyce), Seth McDonald, Jr. (Valerie), Rev. Kelvin McDonald, Sr. (Brenda); and two sisters Maidie Edison (Wilburt), Erma Stokely (Alan) and a host of family and friends.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Lee's Chapel AME Church,1036 Bells Mill Rd, Chesapeake. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be held from 3-7pm Friday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home. Condolences can be offered to the family at www.pretlowandsons.com.
