Obituary
Chesapeake - Della Reddick Bradford, 96, of 688 Kingsborough Square entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 1, 2012.
She was born in Norfolk County and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She retired from the Naval Base Supply Center.
She is survived by her son, Samuel Jerome Bradford of Colorado; adopted daughter, Connie E. Brown of Chesapeake; a sister, Sarah Robinson of Chesapeake; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Homegoing services will be held at 11 am, Saturday at Bethel Baptist Church, 3841 Bunch Walnut Road, Chesapeake. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home from 6-7 pm on Friday. Condolences can be offered to the family at www.pretlowandsons.com.
