Norfolk – Diana R. Stith, 50, of the 7400 block of Oak Mont Drive departed this life January 18, 2010. Born in Norfolk, she was employed as a Teacher's Assistant with the Norfolk Public School System for 21 years until her retirement in 2004. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Bute Street.

She is predeceased by her husband, Timothy Stith and her father, Dr. Rufus V. Parson. Survivors include her daughter, Dana Parson of Norfolk; grandson, JaJa J. Reynolds of Norfolk; mother, Marydell Parson; one sister, Cynthia Norris of Norfolk; three brothers, Terry G. Parson (Linda) of Annadale,VA, Dr. Michael I. Parson of Hampton, and Dale M. Parson of Norfolk, two uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
