Virginia Beach - Ms. Elly Elizabeth Maria Saunders answered the Lord?s call and entered into her eternal rest on Monday, June 25, 2007 at Bayside Hospital. A born again Christian, Elly was born, educated and raised in Oggersheim, Germany. She later married Lonnie Bell and moved to Virginia. She was employed as a Manager at Beautiful Hands Tans in Kempsville and later at 7 Elven.



She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Belinda Bell (Tony) and son, Steven Bell of  Virginia Beach; grandson, Kwame Uzzle; a brother, Peter Mersinger (Karin); an aunt, Marlise Morhardt, and a host of cousin, relatives and friends.



A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Monday at Bethany Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be Sunday from 12pm - 5pm at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake.
