Eric E. Jackson departed this life on July 28, 2024 in Cleveland, Ohio after a lengthy illness. He was born on August 30, 1948 to Ernest Jackson and Melba Long Jackson.

Eric is survived by his wife Karen Jackson, son Cory Jackson, granddaughter Brianna Bethea, four brothers Donald J (LaGail) of Richmond, Virginia, Ronald T. of Chesapeake, Virginia; Keith E. (Ella) of Portsmouth, Virginia and Felix E. of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A memorial serice will be held 5:00 p.m. Sunday, August 11, 2024 at Pretlow and Sons Fueral Home, 500 Liberty Street, Chesapeake, Virginia.
