Chesapeake - Eulalia Pannell Foster, 79, of the 700 block of Edinburg Ave. departed this life February 4, 2014. She was a member of The New Mt. Zion Church of God Holiness.
She is predeceased by her husband, Albert J. Foster, Sr., and two children, Margaret Foster Washington and Cedric Mckinley Foster. Survivors include four daughters, Angelia Foster of Woodbridge, VA, Sherrie Withrow(Andre) of Chesapeake, VA, Dorinda Thomas(Morgan) of Boyds, MD, and Tanya Edmonds(John Lee)of Chesapeake, VA: two sons, Albert J. Foster, Jr.(Colleen)of Windsor, VA and Breon Foster of Chesapeake, VA., a sister, Delphine Coles of Roanoke, VA., eight grandchildren, Lakesha Lewis, Shalonda Freeman, Jason Dobson, Brandon A-Foster, Isaiah Tetteh, Kelsey Thomas, Alex Thomas, and Nia Thomas, two great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday at The Mt. Zion Church of God Holiness. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be held Sunday from 12-5pm at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Condolences can be offered to the family at www.pretlowandsons.com.
