Obituary
Chesapeake - Frederick Lavon Griffin, 58, of the 500 block of Fernwood Farms Road departed this life February 25, 2007.
He is survived by his daughters, Elnita Griffin and Selena Brown and son, Fredrico Lavon Cross, stepdaughter, Inez Robin and stepson, Antwan Cross all of Norfolk; parents, Viola S. Griffin and Albert Griffin, and brother, Albert L. Griffin (Margie) all of Chesapeake, eight grandchildren, three nieces, one nephew, and a host of relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be held Friday from 2pm -7pm at the funeral home.
