Chesapeake - Frederick D. Williams, 72, of the 1900 block of Robert Hall Blvd, departed this life June 20, 2007. Born in Chesapeake, he was employed at the Norfolk Naval Base until his retirement. He was a member of First Baptist Church Money Point.



He is predeceased by his parents, Leonard and Rosalie Williams, brother, George L. Williams, and sister, Rosalie Williams. Survivors include his sister, Lucille Bell of Chesapeake, nephew, Norman E. Bell (Dorothy) of Norfolk, a host of  relatives and friends.



A funeral service e will be held noon Wednesday in the chapel of Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Interment will follow at Albert G. Horton, Jr., Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk. Viewing will be held Tuesday from 2pm - 7pm at the funeral home.
