Obituary
Chesapeake - Godfrey Carlton Pulley, 68, of the 600 block of Crystal Avenue departed this life January 29, 2008. Born in Spring Hope, North Carolina, he was of the Baptist faith, and a construction worker.
He is survived by a daughter and son; two sisters, Jessie Taylor (Martin) of Seaside, California and Madge Taylor of Chesapeake; two brothers, Harold Pulley and Michael Pulley of North Carolina, grandchildren, a host relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday at Manasseh Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake is in charge of arrangements.
