Obituary
NORFOLK - Goldie E. Morany, 87, of the 800 block of Berkley Avenue was called home to be with the Lord March 25, 2012. Born in Chesapeake, she was the widow of James E. Morany.
She is predeceased by her grandson, Terry McMickle. Survivors include her daughter, Brenda McMickle, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, five great- great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
A funeral service will held noon Friday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Viewing will be held from 3 - 7 p.m. Thursday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Condolences can be offered to the family at www.pretlowandsons.com .
