Obituary
Chesapeake - Helen C. Grimes, 80, of the 200 block of Fernwood Farms Road passed on February 22. She was a member of The United House of Prayer for all People, Chesapeake.
Survivors include three daughters Vergia Gregory, Lilly Basnight, and Zina Grimes, one son Terry Grimes (Kim), and one brother Charlie Gregory all of Chesapeake; seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 28th at the United House of Prayer for all People, 1433 Whittamore Road, Chesapeake, 23322. Viewing will be held from 3-7pm Friday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake.
