Roosevelt, New York - Henry Clarence Savage, 85, of 40 Dawes Avenue departed this life July 25, 2012. Born in Norfolk, Virginia, he was the son of the late Henry and Lula Savage. He was a bus driver for Acmes Bus Company in Long Island, New York until his retirement.
He is predeceased by his wife Ursula Savage. Surviors include his children, grandchildren, great grndchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be 9 a.m. Friday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Interment will follow at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.Viewing will be held from 3-7 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
