Hertford, North Carolina - Herman Bell born December 14, 1934 departed this life August 23, 2013.
He leaves behind his devoted wife of fifty five years, Glennie M. Bell; four children, LaVerne Crews, Herman Bell, Jr., Janet Turner and Linda Robertson; eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be held from 3-7pm Friday at the funeral home. Condolences can be offered to the family at www.pretlowandsons.com.
