Jackie Kevin Conner was called home to eternal rest on April 8, 2020. He was born on November 9, 1964 in Far Rockaway in Queens, New York to Johnnie Mae Conner and Thomas Tilley.

Jackie was educated in the New York Public School System. He married Faye D. Hicks and to this union a  daughter was born, Deshika N. Conner. Jackie and his family moved from New York, and made Chesapeake, Virginia their home. He was self-employed in Network Marketing, and a member of New Light Full Gospel Baptist Church.

Jackie leaves behind to cherish his memories his loving wife Faye D. Conner; daughter, Deshika N. Conner;  granddaughter, Aniah M Conner; one sister Bobbi Conner; two brothers,  Stanley Conner and Johnny Conner; two uncles, Rudy Conner, and Robertlee Conner; one aunt, Diane Forbes (Chuck), and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
