Chesapeake - Frank Harvey departed this life on December 17, 2012, in the comfort of his home and care of his daughter, Chaketta.

He is survived by his two loving daughters, Cheryl Williams (Cecil), and Chakeeta Rivers; one adopted son, Jerell Harvey; two granddaughters, Courtni Williams and Jasmine Harris; one sister, Matlyne Brown; two brothers-in-law, Herman Wilson (Geogia) and Vernon Wilson; three sisters-in-law, Doris Alston, Mamie Gaines, and Gloria Harvey; one goddaughter, Wynter Brown, and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be held Saturday, December 22, 2012, at noon in Frist Baptist Church South Hill with Rev. Michael R. Toliver presiding. Interment will follow at Roosevelt memorial Park. The viewing will be held on Friday from 3:00 – 7:00 pm at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, where the family will receive guest from 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
