Jessie F. Howard passed away January 21, 2009. She is survived by her children, Cassandra Fugate, Mable Sharp, and James W. Howard II; grandchildren, Karlease Fullard (Julien), Nisa Leary, Jessie Fugate, Tony Fugate, Kevin Fugate and Erica Sharp; step granddaughter, Brooke Jones; great grandchildren, Julien D. Fullard II, Kaylani Clark, Naomi Fugate, Khloe Clark, and a host of relatives and friends.
