Joyce C. Sanders departed this life on September 21, 2017. She is survived by her husband Charles Sanders, Jr., stepchildren Rafiq, Karima, and Stephanie, "adoptive daughter" Councilwoman Ella Ward, and a host of relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held 12 noon Thursday at Cathedral of Faith COGIC. Viewing will be Wednesday from 5-7pm at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home.
