Jule Curtis Harvey was called home to be with the Lord February 2, 2021. Born on April 11, 1945, he was the son of the late Jule C. Harvey, Sr., and Margaret C. Mandley. He was a United States Army Veteran, and a member of Greater St. Andrews A.M.E. Church, Virginia Beach. Jule worked for Atlantic Foundation for at least seventeen years.

Jule is survived by a loving wife Edith L. Harvey of Virginia Beach; three sons Jule C. Mosley, Lamount Mosley, and Tyrone Mosley all of Virginia Beach; twelve grandchildren; two stepdaughters Letitia Williams (Rev. Raymond Williams) of Newark, Delaware, and Patrice Burrus of Wilmington, Delaware; a young man he had so much respect for, Darnel Mosley; a sister Yolanda Perrin of Virginia Beach; three brothers David L. Harvey of Virginia Beach, Danny D. Harvey of Lawton, Oklahoma, and Gentry A. Peterson (Valarie Peterson) of Virginia Beach, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
