Portsmouth - Karen Marie Wilson, 40, of the 2300 block of Elliott Avenue departed this life November 29, 2006. Born in Norfolk, she was employed with the City of Chesapeake for 15 years.



She is survived by her daughter, Courtney N. Wilson, sons, DeVel D. Wilson, and Kenton C. Wilson all of Portsmouth, her mother, Rebecca E. Wilson, sisters, Elaine D. Smith and Veronica Fleming all of Baltimore, Maryland, two uncles, and a host of relatives and friends.



A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Viewing will be Monday from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will meet at 12:30 p.m. the day of the service.
