Kirk Williams, 47, of Quarterwood Ct., Windsor Mill, Maryland and formerly of the 2900 block of Doris Avenue, Chesapeake departed this life January 10, 2009. Born in Norfolk,he was a graduate of Indian River High School and Norfolk State University. Also, he attended William and Mary School of Law. He was acting Center Director for the Social Security Administration and past President of the Maryland Chess Association.

Kirk is predeceased by his parents, Antoinette Williams and Rudolph Williams. He is survived by his sisters, Letitia Williams Goodwyn (James) and Lisa Williams, and brother, Kerry Williams, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
