Virginia Beach - Leon Calvin Wilson, 79, passed away on June 10, 2014. He was a native of Norfolk, Virginia. He was a devoted husband, father, and friend who cherished all of the people in his life. Leon was a retiree of the United States Air Force and Sherwin Williams Paint Company.


He was predeceased by his wife Doris Wilson and survived by his daughter Gail Wilson of Virginia Beach, son Scott Wilson (Keisha)
of Chesapeake, grandchildren Brandon Bryant, Jaden Wilson, and
Scott Watts, great grandchildren Ay'Jah, Josiah, and Ziona Bryant, one brother Michael Wilson (Judy) of Sterling, VA, one sister Nadine Wilson of Los Angeles, CA, and leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake.
Entombment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be from 12-1pm Saturday at the funeral home, Condolences can be offered to the family at www.pretlowandsons.com.
