Chesapeake - Lionel L. Phillips, 53, of the 2600 block of Broad Street departed this life May 15, 2012. Born August 1, 1958, in Norfolk, Virginia, he was the son of Charles H. Phillips, Sr. and the late Mae L. Phillips.
A funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake, where viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
