On the morning of May 2, 2021, God called for his child Ms. Marion Rebecca "Becky" Ferebee and said "it's time to come home now." She departed from this life to be with her parents Moses Melvin Ferebee and Rita Inisa Lamb.

She progresses forward with the memories of her children and grandchildren: eldest Akelia L. Ferebee (daughter-Tajahnae), Tiffany R. Hush (husband- Ronnie, sons- Achilles and Adonis), Lorenzo G. Ferebee, and Davon L. Ferebee (wife-J'na, daughters- Kennedy and Mckenzie.) As she walks a new path keeping with her the cherished memories of her beloved siblings: Melvin Ferebee (Carmen), Moses Ferebee, and Donvolne Edwards (Brian) as well as uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Becky was born on December 9th, 1965, she was a nurse and caregiver for over 20 years.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Wedneday, May 12, 2021 at St. Luke A.M.E. Church Cemetery, 241 St. Lukes Church Road, Chesapeake. Viewing will be from 5pm until 7pm Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Cheapeake.
