Marion C. "Cotton" Griffin, 71, 1500 block of Aspin Street, died July 11, 2020. A native of Chesapeake. She is survived by her daughters: Kateisha Lamb, Jacquetta Griffin and Marion Lowery (Bernard); her sons: Eric Griffin (Katherine) and Erick Griffin (Deletia); Sisters: Patricia Lamb and Jacqueline Lamb ; Brothers: Arden Lamb (Faith), Richard Lamb (Dorothy), Michael Lamb (Martha) and Eric Lamb; 16 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a host of family, friends and children. Mrs. Griffin was predeceased by her husband, Harry L. "Skip" Griffin; parents, Richard and Evelyn Lamb; son, Anthony J. "Tony" Lamb; sister, Rita Lamb.

graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 18,2020 at St. Luke A.M.E. Church, 214 St. Lukes Church Road, Chesapeake. Viewing will be from 5 pm until 6 pm Friday, July 17, 2020 at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake.
