Mary "BeBe" Speller Phillips departed this life on February 10, 2015.
A funeral will be held noon Tuesday at New Hope Congregation Christian Church, 145 E. Liberty St., Norfolk. Viewing will be Monday from 3-7pm at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, 500 Liberty Street, Chesapeake.
