Obituary
Mary Bell Walston Otey, 95, of the 1000 block of Middlesex Street departed this life on March 2, 2014.
She is survived by three daughters, Cleo O. Reep of Virginia Beach, Sylvia O. Billups and Deborah O. Loiseau of Norfolk; one son, Marvin L. Otey (Carolyn) of Norfolk; eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren; two special grandsons who were like sons, Windell Loiseau and Philip Vaughan; extended family, David, Richard and Carolyn; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins a and friends.
A funeral service will be held noon Monday at United House of Prayer for All People. Interment will follow at Sawyers Creek Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 12-5pm Sunday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Condolences can be offered to the family at www.pretlowandsons.com.
