Suffolk - Michael Warren Pretlow, 56, of the 4600 block of Hardy Ct., departed this life on Thursday, March 26, 2015. He was employed at NASSCO-Earl Industries.

He was predeceased by his parents, Joshua H. Pretlow, Sr. and Lucille E. Doxey-Pretlow, his sisters, Charlotte M. Pretlow-Benson and Portia Y. Pretlow.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle Louise Pretlow; his children Michael Pretlow, Tanika Pretlow, Toni Pretlow, Eric Pretlow, Terae Mayberry, Michelle Dixon and Crystal Twine; five brothers , Joshua Pretlow, Jr., Anthony Pretlow, Edward Pretlow , Larry Pretlow (Brenda), and David Pretlow; one sister, Teresa Pretlow-Bond, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held 12noon Wednesday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk. Viewing will be held from 4-7pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
