April 29, 1953 – May 14, 2026
A Faithful Servant of God. In Loving Memory of Cynthia L. Fallis; Sunrise: April 29, 1953 | Sunset: May 14, 2026
Cynthia L. Fallis peacefully entered eternal rest on May 14, 2026. A woman of unwavering faith, remarkable strength, and enduring grace, Cynthia touched countless lives through her kindness, wisdom, and resilient spirit.
Born on April 29, 1953, Cynthia was the beloved daughter of the late Melvin C. Fallis Sr. and Virginia L. Fallis and granddaughter of the late Joseph Williams and Hazel Williams. From an early age, Cynthia displayed intelligence, determination, and a love for community and fellowship.
She attended Booker T. Washington High School, where she proudly participated in the school band, creating memories and friendships that would last a lifetime. Cynthia later continued her educational journey at Lincoln University, where she further developed her passion for excellence and service. She was also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, embodying the organization’s values of scholarship, sisterhood, and service throughout her life.
A devoted woman of faith, Cynthia was a faithful member of “The Mount,” where her love for God and compassionate spirit shined brightly. She was known as an overcomer — a fighter who faced life’s challenges with courage and grace. Her smile could light up a room, and her warm presence left an unforgettable impression on all who knew and loved her.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin C. Fallis Sr. and Virginia L. Fallis; her brothers, Melvin C. Fallis Jr. and Harold W. Fallis; and her beloved Aunt Catherine Mingo.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her devoted niece, Kimberly Fallis (Randy Lowe); her nephew, Joshua Fallis; her sisters-in-law, Geneva Fallis and Sheron Banks-Fallis; along with extended family, lifelong friends, church family, classmates, sorority sisters, and many others whose lives were forever impacted by her love and strength.
Cynthia fought the good fight with grace. Though she has departed this earthly life, her legacy of faith, perseverance, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
