Obituary
Chesapeake - Natasha Nicole Alexander, 27, of the 1700 block of Acorn Street departed this life January 3, 2007. Born in Norfolk, she was employed with Advance Auto.
She is survived by two daughters, Shakilra Alexander and Naquaysa McNeil, and one son, Alphonso Tabron all of Chesapeake; her parents, Maggie Lamb of Pennsylvania and Napoleon Basnight of Norfolk; two sisters, Naquisha Alexander of Portsmouth and Keisha Alexander of Pennsylvania; three brothers, Laneth Alexander and Naveil Alexander of Portsmouth, and Walter Alexander of Pennsylvania; two stepsisters, Iesha Baxter and Srfrouyn Baxter of Pennsylvania; grandparents, Willie A. Alexander of North Carolina and Rebecca Basnight of Norfolk; four aunts, nine uncles, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is predeceased by her grandmother, Maggie Alexander.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Interment will follow at St. Luke Church Cemetery.
